Thinking about placing an order, but not sure which size is right for you? We’ve helped many customers select the right size and we can help you too!

As long as you can tell us:
- Your height and weight,
- Your chest and waist (pants size) measurements, and
- Which ice suit or other apparel items you’re interested in ……
…… we can get you in the right size!
What If The Items I Order Don’t Fit?
If you order a size that doesn’t fit, we will happily exchange it for another size.
Simply contact us for return instructions — then send the items back to us, unused and in brand new condition with the tags attached, and we will send you replacements in the size you want.
Only a small number of our customers have needed to exchange items because we get you in the right size the first time!
Is There An Exchange Fee Or A Restocking Fee?
No! As long as the garments you return or exchange are unused and in brand new condition with the tags attached, there is no exchange fee or restocking fee on apparel returned within 30 days of purchase!
Note that our Free Shipping policy within the continental United States is that we pay for the shipping on anything we send to you, and you pay for the shipping on anything you send back to us (see complete details here).
