If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  Our goal is your satisfaction!

Returning a product that is not damaged or defective is allowed under the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us prior to sending a return, for a Return Merchandise Authorization Code and other instructions.
  2. Returns are allowed for 30 days after receipt of the product.
  3. Returned products must be complete (ie. include all components) and be in the original, unopened packaging, and resalable.  Opened or used products can not be returned.
  4. Returned items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.  The amount of the restocking fee, if any, will be determined when the returned item is received, inspected and processed by us.
  5. Refunds and exchanges will not be issued until the returned item is received, inspected, and restocked.

For Returns Of Apparel Items:

  1. A Return Authorization is required before sending the item back to us.
  2. Apparel items can be returned or exchanged as long as the tags are still on them and they are in brand new condition (ie. they cannot have been used, they cannot smell like gas or smoke, they cannot be covered in pet hair, etc.).
  3. Apparel items are NOT assessed an exchange or restocking fee as long as the items are unused and in brand new condition with the tags attached.
  4. Customers pay the return shipping costs (with our free shipping policy we pay the shipping on anything we send to you, and you pay the shipping on anything you send back to us).

For Returns Of Electronics And Other Non-Apparel Items:

  1. A Return Authorization is required before sending the item back to us.
  2. The item must be in the original unopened package and resalable.  Electronic items that have been opened are considered used and are not returnable.  The packaging must be in original, undamaged condition to be salable.
  3. Returns are subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.  The amount of the restocking fee, if any, will be determined when the returned item is received, inspected and processed by us.
  4. Customers pay the return shipping costs (with our free shipping policy we pay the shipping on anything we send to you, and you pay the shipping on anything you send back to us).

We suggest you keep all shipping materials and product packaging in case you need to return a product.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
