Built In MEGA Side Imaging (available on select models)

The best view of what’s below comes from Humminbird’s MEGA Imaging technology! MEGA Side Imaging transducers are now available built into select models of Ulterra trolling motors. No cluttered wires. No clamps. Built In MEGA Down Imaging (available on select models)

The best view of what’s below comes from Humminbird’s Mega Imaging! Now get this view with a MEGA Down Imaging Transducer built into your Minn Kota Ulterra! No cluttered wires. No clamps. No external transducers. With built-in MEGA DI, the transducer is housed in the indestructible lower unit and all wiring runs through the shaft for a clean, uncluttered installation that’s protected. In addition to MEGA Down Imaging, the built-in MEGA DI transducer also provides CHIRP Digital Sonar for precise, crystal clear returns of fish, structure and the bottom.  Simply plug your fish finder into your motor and start seeing what’s down there.  Note – Requires a compatible Humminbird Solix or Helix fish finder!  See more info at Minn Kota Built In MEGA Down Imaging Transducer.

Auto Stow / Deploy

Auto Stow / Deploy lets you get your motor in and out of the water automatically using the included iPilot or iPilot Link remote, or the redesigned foot pedal.

Power Trim

Once your Ulterra  is in the water, Power Trim lets you easily adjust the motor depth for changing conditions, using the included iPilot or iPilot Link remote, or the redesigned foot pedal.  It’s one more way Ulterra handles the busy work, so you can focus on fishing.

Ulterra Foot Pedal

A new foot pedal for a new kind of motor. New buttons let you stow, deploy, trim up/down and activate a Spot-Lock, in addition to speed and steering control. Control those features with the new “mode” button on the Ulterra foot pedal or with the iPilot or iPilot Link remotes. Ulterra comes standard with a new foot pedal with 18’ cord and your choice of iPilot or iPilot Link.

Reinvented Spot Lock With Jog

We just took our most trusted GPS feature to the next level. Spot-Lock uses GPS to lock you onto a fishing spot, and now we’ve reengineered it to work smarter and hold you stronger and more accurately than ever. Updated with hardware and software algorithms for better accuracy, Spot-Lock is the most accurate GPS anchor ever. You can see for yourself with the new “Distance to Spot” reading on the remote, to show you just how close you are. Plus, the new Jog feature lets you move your Spot-Lock in five-foot increments in any direction!

The most popular GPS trolling system now features a larger LCD screen and more intuitive control. Get the most accurate Spot-Lock ever, plus Advanced AutoPilot, track recording, and control of speed, steering and cruise control. Available on select models.

iPilot LINK (available on select models)

LINK lets you control your motor from your Humminbird or its new touch-screen remote. It includes the most accurate Spot-Lock ever, every iPilot feature, plus the ability to follow depth contours, save and retrace your Humminbird Current Track, and return to waypoints. Available on select models.

Bluetooth / Phone App

Bluetooth wireless communication between a remote and the trolling motor controller is at the heart of iPilot and iPilot LINK systems.  Extend Minn Kota trolling motor controls to a phone app, including the most-used controls like prop on/off, prop speed, high-speed bypass, Spot Lock and AutoPilot.  Also handles software updates.  Compatible with Android and iOS devices.

Integrated Battery Meter

In addition to showing the remote battery life, your iPilot or iPilot Link remote will also show you the state of your deep cycle batteries, so you’ll never have to guess how much longer you have on the water.

Digital Maximizer
